1. Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for books that are unused and in their original condition.
Process: To return an item, please contact us at info@nationalbooksdelhi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return in your request.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to our error.
2. Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not returned in their original condition or if only part of the order is returned.
3. Cancellations
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@nationalbooksdelhi.com with your order number.
After Dispatch: If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process outlined above.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as some books, are not eligible for return or refund.
